Return & Refund Policy

At Bedition Candle Co., each product is handmade with care using natural, non-toxic ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we aim to maintain a fair and transparent policy for all customers.

Returns

We do not generally accept returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@beditioncandleco.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a return:

-The item must be unused and in its original condition

-Proof of purchase is required, order number and clear photos of the item.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

-Shipping costs are non-refundable

-We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

As a small handmade business, we do not usually accept cancellations once an order is placed.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Please note that payment processing fees (approximately 3-5%) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
