Hi, I’m Elena – the heart behind Bedition Candle Co. 

I’m so happy you’re here, and I’d love to share the story behind my candle brand.

Bedition Candle Co. started as a little dream I carried with me for years. Ever since I was 14, I’ve been obsessed with candles—but I could never afford the good ones. I ended up buying cheap, paraffin candles that smelled harsh and gave me headaches. I remember thinking, why can’t candles be beautiful, safe, and actually make me feel good?

Like many people, I tried to follow the “normal” path. When everyone around me was planning for college, I did too—I studied to become a dental hygienist. But deep down, I knew that wasn’t my dream. It never felt right. I ignored my gut and pushed my creativity aside.

Then one day in October 2021, my mom sent me a message that changed everything: “Why don’t you make your own candles?”

At first, I laughed. Me? Start a business? It felt scary. Too big. Too risky. But something inside me lit up. And with a little courage (and a lot of support from my boyfriend), I ordered my very first candle-making kit.

Fast forward to January 28, 2024—that tiny spark became a full flame. I officially launched Bedition Candle Co., built on the promise to create vegan, non-toxic candles with dreamy, delicate scents that support your well-being.

My candles are more than just something pretty to put on a shelf. They’re made for moments—moments of calm, care, reflection, and joy. Whether you’re meditating, relaxing after a long day, or just setting a cozy vibe, each candle is made to help you reconnect with yourself and your space.

At Bedition, everything is made with love. I hand-pour every candle using natural waxes, clean fragrance oils infused with essential oils, and zero toxins. No headaches, no harsh chemicals—just gentle, comforting scents that feel good for your soul (and safe for your space).
